**SHIPPING**
I ship all over Canada and the US. I offer free local pick up in Penticton, BC, or $5 home delivery between Penticton and Kelowna. After you add to cart, you can see all the options.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for signs to be made and shipped.  I will try and work within a shorter timeline if needed.
If you need an item by a particular date, please let us know in the comments section when purchasing. You can also message us with any shipping or timing questions.
I am happy to ship outside of Canada, but please contact us for an accurate shipping price before purchasing. 
**RETURNS**
I will accept returns on non custom signs.  You just need to get it back to me in same condition as purchased and I will offer a full refund.  Due to the custom signs being created by order they are not refundable. I send proofs before sending for approval.  If you are not happy with your sign please let me know and we can try work it out so you are happy. :)
